Asahi Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar

I have been going here for years. I absolutely love the atmosphere the employees the camaraderie everybody is always so polite and the food is to die for every time when I say years I mean like almost 20 years. I've never had a problem with anybody I have brought with me they fall in love to great atmosphere for quiet business meals and meetings, family, dates, or just friends getting together! I always get the steak and shrimp with fried rice vegetables and lo mein and my favorite white sauce AKA yum yum sauce. Sushi is to die for as well!! Thank you Asahi for years and years of great food and see you guys soon!

Can I just say my family and I have been coming here for over 10 years, the food has always tasted EXACTLY the same every time we go, talk about consistency! The most delicious Japanese restaurant ever (and we've been to Japan!🤣) Love love their sushi, bento boxes, and especially the sesame salad dressing, we've been trying to replicate it for years at home. Asahi - thanks for the great food for so many years, we love you!

My wife and I are not from this area, so we happened upon this place by accident. Upon walking in, this little gem was packed. There were only 2-3 empty tables. Our waitress Ashley had to clear off a table for us to be seated. Not knowing very much about Japanese style food, my wife and I asked questions. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful to us both.
My wife and I both would definitely eat at this place time and time again. We might even make a special trip from Erie, PA just to enjoy this amazing food. Ashley is definitely a credit to this restaurant as she is very pleasant and helpful as well.

This place has amazing food and a very friendly, helpful staff. I am not from around here but I wish I was because I would go back time after time. I've eaten at many many different places and from many many different cuisines and this is, by far, my all time favorite now.

First time getting food from this place and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful. The food was fresh and so tasty. The prices were fair for each item. We got a very large order for takeout and they didn’t forget anything we ordered. We will definitely be back.
