(April 23, 2021, 8:11 am)Great shop, great service! Ask for Greg! I trust my car with him and his crew every time I show up for standard services. Firestone also offers numerous coupons online and always have some sale going on too so they're great for a cheap guy like me. 🤑👍👍
(January 22, 2021, 3:17 pm)Greg and the crew over at the Firestone in Wilmington did a phenomenal job in fixing the window on my car door. I have been there a few times now with my two of my cars and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else to have work done on my cars. I strongly recommend that if you are having issues with your vehicle to go see Greg and the crew at Firestone. You will be extremely satisfied with everything from the customer service on down to the how fast it takes to get your car back.
(January 16, 2021, 8:25 pm)I had great service and had a nice conversation with the service person about my brakes. Which was what i was getting worked on. Then talked about what else was needed work on. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and he was very helpful. His name is Greg and ive known him for years now. He has always been great with me and my family.

I called the store at 8am with what I thought was the silliest question (do you guys add air to tires !) he laughed and did not hesitate to help me . I arrived to the store and he was just as welcoming in person as he was on the phone . I’m from New York and was only in town on business and I have never been so impressed with the service . I have a 2020 Range Rover velar and he and the team treated my baby amazing and got my tires right ! Thanks again !!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
