(January 26, 2020, 6:11 am)My wife and I went for week end getaway, this was our first timer here, back in October 2019, the staff and residents were absolutely wonderful. they made us feel at home. We rented a park model , every thing was clean nice. we re looking forward to going back . To the new owners , keep up the good work!!
(October 13, 2019, 6:48 pm)First time visitor and its was like I've been going for years. People were so friendly and welcomed us from the moment we entered the gate. Met lots of great, like-minded people that made us feel right at home. Lots to do, pool, games, food, music. Looking forward to spending many more weekends there.

(July 27, 2019, 8:51 am)The new owners are awesome. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. What a piece of paradise in a quiet forest setting. I was initially turned off because of the photos but I figured my wife and I would give it a look see. I am so glad we did. There are NOT hippies hanging out in trees and on random air matresses in the woods. That was an initial concern. They no longer reside here. The bar is clean and the food is wonderful. People are welcoming and friendly. The pool is reminisent of a Greek Parthenon. Very relaxing and open. The hot tub is HUGE! I absolutely love, love this place. Come see Sunny Sands you will not be dissapointed.
(April 12, 2018, 2:59 pm)Nice balance of rustic and accommodating. Lovely but short nature trails and very kindly residents. I've been attending events here for years, never felt ready to leave at the end of my stay.
