Had water in my ear for many years, went to a number of doctors who could never find it let along fix it. One visit with Dr Munier and he saw it and fixed it, great job!
I have been seeing Dr. Munier here at Coastal for about 8 years. I have Nasal Polys that develop over time and cause my breathing through the nose to become difficult if not impossible without intervention.
Dr. Mike (as I like to call him) isn't just my Dr. When i sit in his chair, he makes me feel like a friend. We usually chat about our kids who went to school together and he shares how life is for him... really makes me feel like we're buds.
The first time I went to see him, on a referral from my MD, he looked at me as soon as I walked in and said "Oh yeah... you got some bad Nasal Polyps". At the time, I had been suffering with extremely enflamed sinus and unable to breath through my nose for about 6 months. My previous MD didn't want to do anything about it and kept prescribing antibiotics. When I switched MD"s I was sent here.
One thing I definitely want to mention about Dr. Mike... even though the nature of the treatment he has given me over the years has been what would normally be very uncomfortable, I have never felt any pain or discomfort in his care. I can't say the same for some of the other Dr.s in this group as I did have to visit one of the others on a follow up because Dr. Mike wan't available. Let's just say... I'll wait for Dr. Mike next time. Hadn't felt pain like that in a long time.
As I write this, I'm coming due to go see Dr. M again because he recently said I will be due for another extraction of polyps soon. As long as he's performing the procedure, I know I am in goods hands and I have no worries.
