We called at 9 in the morning and left a message for a leaky toilet. By 10 we got a call back, I gave our address and garage code for Tom to fix our problem. When we got home the only remnants of the fix is a bill on the counter and a fixed toilet. Clean and professional, Thank you Tom, you made things easy.

Tom's plumbing knows your options are limited, and they exploit it. That cynicism and lack of regard for customers is reflected in the other reviews here, and it is worse than the blatant gouging.
