Port Orange Boxing and Fitness

We are on our second month of the kid’s boxing program for our 6 year old and absolutely love it! The coaches are wonderful and are so great with the kids and the environment is so friendly and inviting. They do a private one on one for the first class and our son was immediately comfortable with the coach which helped him feel comfortable joining right in with the group class the next day (he can sometimes be shy when joining in with a group of new kids). The classes are helping him with his concentration and discipline learning the different punches and sequences and working on his “moves” at home! Highly recommend :)

I can’t say enough good things about Port Orange Boxing. I have tremendous gratitude for the inspiring coaches, supportive community, and top notch facility at Port Orange Boxing. It’s the place to be whether you are serious about boxing, looking for something new to add to your fitness routine, or beginning a health and fitness journey. My kids leave tired and inspired to be their all around best. We leave class sweaty and happy and hungry. And are stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. Our family is stoked on Port Orange boxing 🤙🏾

Today I took my first class with Dan at Port Orange Boxing. Awesome Experience! Dan is a great coach and teacher. I am hooked. The work out was amazing and the 6 AM class really starts your day off with a 1 - 2 punch!

Trying boxing was something new to me. This is a judgement free zone. I am so uncoordinated and clumsy! Lol! However, the coaches are amazing and cheer you on! I love this place!

I love working out here!! The owner and trainers are top notch and friendly and the members are always inviting. The classes are always very professional and they push you to your limits. Join for the fun, fitness and friendships!!
