(March 5, 2019, 8:16 am)I was compelled to write a review after visiting the clinic. I work in the medical field and felt like I needed to share my positive experience so that others may benefit. I was VERY surprised so see all of the negative reviews. I had a endoscope and a colonoscopy in 2015 with Dr. Stella and I had as positive of an experience I could have under the circumstances. I was just back in the clinic for an office visit and Dr. Patel saw me as Dr. Stella has since retired. I had a great experience from scheduling to check out. I appreciate the pre-check on-line option for filling out paper work and med history, once I got to the office I was greeted by a smiling front desk receptionist, the nurse ( who was my nurse last time too) was very professional and warm and my experience with Dr. Patel was positive too. I was very pleased. Sorry to hear that others had a bad experience.
