To “feel” and work through trauma is sometimes overwhelming...I know… But he understands.
To discover those areas, within yourself, that rob you of living your best life are hard to accept… I know… But he understands.
To reach out and “let someone in” may seem impossible… I know… But it can be done.
Dr Novak and I worked hard “together”... he walked beside me.. guided me.. supported me, encouraged me and yes, sometimes challenged me! This is who he is and why I’m a better, more complete person today.
