A gentlemen who was referred to by the staff as "grandpa" was very helpful and another young man with glasses indulged my toddler son's excitement about car repairs. Took less than the 15 minutes they said it would. Great staff. They deserve accolades!

I was in and out in an hour for a balance and rotate with oversized tires.
Great service I highly recommend.
(October 17, 2022, 5:06 pm)The estimated 1-1.5 hour wait for one new tire turned into a 3 hour wait and when my car was finished they decided not to let me know. I had to walk up and ask if it had been finished and it had been finished for a half hour. I understand the place was slammed and it was a busy day but customer service should be their #1 priority especially when I had to take 3 hours out of my work day. I should not have to walk up and ask for my car.
