(April 2, 2018, 7:10 am)I walked into Daytona Anahata Yoga just over a year ago and I'm so glad I found this little studio in Daytona Beach! They various styles of yoga offered at the studio are what keep me coming back, from SUP Yoga to Alignment based classes, I feel recharged of mind and body when ever I finish a class!
