Annette is a very responsive and understanding manager. Finally a true professional manager who truly cares and responds ro residents concerns. The maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping the park and grounds clean. Great job guys !

(February 1, 2018, 6:20 pm)Great mobile home park, pretty lake, near everything (Ocean Beach, Daytona 500 Speedway, Porrt Oirange shopping, great restaurants - Aunt Catfish, etc), wonderful neighbors, swimming pool, community activities, local management and lawn,, garbage, etc services.
