“Took my Ford F-150 in for it's regular service. Met with the service manager at the front desk , who waited on me almost immediately. He went over the service details and he offered a free truck wash that was complimentary. The service I received was referred to as "THE WORKS" . I asked how long the service would take and he replied about 1 hour. Taking my vehicle back to where I purchased it was so convenient because all my information is in their data base. I am confident to take it back to Ford because I know the fluids used in my vehicle are the correct ones as per Ford recommendation. The bottom line is that my truck was ready in 45 minutes. The best part was the price. Compared to the competition Ford has the best price for service through their Quick Lane and you don't need an appointment. The best experience I've ever had anywhere . Friendly and professional people work there. I was so very pleasantly impressed.”

“My regular mechanic went out of business shortly before both windows in my '00 F150 stopped working. I took my truck to Robbins and they quoted me a price of about $250, which I had found fairly reasonable considering that I'd had the same repair done on the driver side window on my previous '91 F150 about 15 years earlier and that's what it cost me then. Robbins was able to fix the passenger side by tapping on it, so no work there. However, the motor on the driver's side had to be replaced. Not only did they fix my window, but John called to tell me that he was wrong on the price and that it was only going to be $167!!! I mean, WHO DOES THAT? Should I add that I'm a woman? I was treated with the respect due to any paying customer, I got a great deal, and the ability to smell the ocean air when I'm driving next to the beach again. Robbins is great! I'll be back.”
