“I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with Dr Prieto and his staff! All are very professional and friendly. I don't have a hard time getting an appointment, nor changing one if an emergency comes up at the last minute. Even though our drive is about 45 minutes to get to the office, it is worth every minute! My husband has been a patient of Dr Prieto's for many years, while I continued with my local "chain" dental office. He had been trying to get me to switch for a long time, but I resisted due to the drive time. I finally became dissatisfied with my rotating line of dentists and staff, and tried Dr Prieto. I couldn't believe the difference!! Where the "chain office" dentist told me I had terrible periodontal disease and would require extensive care and never be cured ("Once diagnosed a perio patient, always a perio patient."). When I questioned Dr Prieto about the periodontal disease, he said, "What periodontal disease? Who ever said you have perio problems?" He reassured me I just needed routine care and cleanings. I have never been dissatisfied with his, or his staff's care.”
