“Best agent and insurance company I have EVER dealt with!!! After a TERRIBLE claim with Progressive when someone at Publix backed up into me, taking over 3 months to get my car looked at and fixed, and rate increases brought me to work with Alan and Karen in their office. They gave me a quote, which was about what I already paid, but the difference between a local agent and a 1-800 is NIGHT and DAY! The reason that brought me to write this review is two weeks after I signed up with Alan I had my car broken into and had my student text books and laptop stolen.
