“I can't say enough good things about this family run Penske in NSB. The Taylors greeted me by my first name right when I walked in. Everything was already prepared and I was on my way in no time. The Taylors are awesome. The facility and the trucks were spotless. The truck I got was a GMC that was practically brand new. It looked, smelled and drove like new. No issues whatsoever. It had great seats and was super comfortable. Even the back was spotless. Down the road I had a question about my reservation and was able to reach customer service quickly and easily. Penske really does a great job at taking care of their customers. I can't say enough good things. The total experience was amazing. And this truck was larger and less expensive than the competition... Thanks to the Taylors, I will always use Penske moving forward.”

Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling Karen and Vin, they both assisted in getting us checked in. Vin went out of his way to help us with our U-Haul trailer drop off. He also met us at the unit we rented and showed us how everything worked. The facility is clean , well maintained. I’m happy we chose this storage facility over all of the other ones in town and think you will be too. Highly Recommended in my book.”

“This is a storage facility that also offers shipping and packing services. They handle the large shippers. You can purchase shipping there, or you can drop off prepaid packages to be shipped as well. There are supplies you can purchase for shipping and mailing. The staff are very nice and helpful. This is the best place to go in the south eastern part of Volusia county, unless you are closer to 44 in New Smyrna.”

“The new owners are fantastic. Since they have taken over they have made huge improvements. You can now get into your unit much easier, the gate is easy to open and slide so if the owners are not there you still can get in. They have painted , cleaned all around the units.. In the past I would be scared to go there alone, now someone is ALWAYS there, they speak to you and ask if I needed any help. This is a great safe, clean and AFFORDABLE storage unit.”
