“I love this gas station and it's employees! I go here about 4 times a week and everyone is always so pleasant. EXCEPT the new employee they recently hired, Christina. She always rolls her eyes when I walk up to the register and she is not very friendly at all. She makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience. Like she has better things to do than to check me out at the register. I would have given 5 stars, but the new employee is ruining my experience here. I used to enjoy stopping in and saying hi to the workers that were always so nice and so so generous. But now I don't feel very comfortable going here bc of the eye rolls I keep getting from Christina. Maybe she doesn't realize she's doing it ... but it's been every time I've stopped in the past 2 weeks that I've gotten an eye rolls and a demeanor that makes me feel bad for being there. 😕 to all the other workers, thank you for always being so nice!! And to the male worker that went from the register to the cooking area. He was the best!!! He made me feel so welcome and he always remembered my usual items so I didn't have to ask for them. He always put a smile on my face every time I saw him!!”

“I visited Walgreens to purchase some household items I needed. I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa, Cecilia and Noeluis, they were so helpful. I was looking for the Walgreens hand wipes and I could not find it in the store. They looked up the item and it was showing they had the item on stock. They helped me look through the store and the item was nowhere to be found. I was honored to get so much attention. This is called customer service and I am grateful they were at the store.”

Just the other day I drove in to purchase some gas, staff member Lisa must have noticed I had handicap plates and cash in my hand and offered to take it inside and bring back my change...brought back fond memories of the “full service” days. Growing up in NW Bradenton, it was a super convenient location to ride my bike to. As I got older, it remained a local staple and many late night snack/beer runs were made here. “My wife and I have been served at this place several times recently. The serving staff are cheerful, very friendly, and patient while customers choose items from the sub/sandwich menu, ice cream or other items. We especially appreciate the Yoder's ice cream with many excellent choices and large amounts for the different sizes. A decorative outdoor tent covers several picnic tables, and there is a larger uncovered area with a few tables but many chairs. It is lighted at night with decorative patio lights. A large mural on the wall of the shop is visible inside the tent. The mural portrays a typical Florida beach scene with palm trees and all which is fitting with the decor. This is an excellent place for all ages and families of varying size. I highly recommend eating here, enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant staff.”
