“Pyramid installed our original sound and light system in 2009. We upgraded a couple years ago. I just want to say that we are very happy with our system. More importantly, their customer service is outstanding- one of the best I’ve ever experienced! A few weeks ago, the Internet went out. I texted at 8:30 PM and got help. Today, shortly after noon, the entire system went out. After walking me through what might help over the phone (which didn’t work) a technician was out this afternoon and fixed the problem. They are fast, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Pyramid without reservation!!”

“AWV Production LLC converted 180+ 3D Kodak realist stereo slide images to digital format onto thumb drives. WANTED- 1. local service I could reasonably drive to since I did not want to ship slides for possible loss of originals. 2. Secured privacy . In case of problem, he keeps for 1 month and then he purges all images. Other services keep copies forever on file. 3. And of course, foremost in mind, I definitely wanted a Quality Job for my hard earned money. What a job Freddie - WOW Fabulous! Price was given, completion time set and I drove the 1 hour to drop off slides. I paid him half of price upfront with balance due at pickup. He works from his home; was very professional, and described what he would do and gave me receipt/work order and I gave him my slides. Freddie completed job before his own set deadline of 15 business days; he cleaned and edited each slide for digital clarity. Contacted me about status and updates at each step in process. He did unanticipated extra work since slides were so dirty after being in containers for decades but he wanted the job done right. And he was still done before his deadline! While I was initially nervous about the outcome, I put my trust in Freddie’s work and I couldn’t be happier. What a Quality job - how many more Kudos can I give this man. He was reliable, honest and price was more than fair! Less than any competition from Jacksonville down to Central FL even with all the extra work he did! Freddie is amazing! Could not have asked for anything more! Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs ANY of his services. “This place is a nerd and collectors heaven ♥️ I stumbled upon this epic location by pure accident because I was in the area. I promise you it will 100% be worth the trip. They have everything you could possibly imagine and very reasonably priced. The staff and manager are super chill and they're always willing to help out and answer any and all questions. I really recommend that you check them out even if you're not in the nerdy stuff. They have baseball, comics, Hot Wheels, board games, video games and so much more. I will definitely be back.
