“Brought in a pair of navy blue pants that had coffee spilled on them. Picked them up and they still had a strong coffee smell (obviously they had just pressed them and not cleaned them) brought back for a redo. Picked them up, same thing. Apparently if there are no obvious stains, they charge you for dry cleaning but don’t really do it. The employees are very nice but the actual service is sub par. I would like to amend my review. Not only did I receive a text and call concerning my feedback, they sent out a driver to pick up and return the pants. I feel like a valued customer. It’s easy to get great reviews when nothing goes wrong. It’s how you turn it around when something does go wrong. We are loyal lifetime clients now because of the extraordinary customer service.”

“Service Master Restorations was fantastic. We had a sewage back up that flooded our basement and their emergency damage restoration crew showed up in the middle of the night. We had water damage go from the bathroom and flooded our entertainment room as well. Fortunately there was no mold damage. They cleaned up all the water and set up drying equipment. They also worked directly with our insurance company. If we ever experience flood damage again, we will be sure to call them for all of our Restoration needs.”

“I have been going to these folks for about 2.5 years. I am in their establishment pretty much every week with clothes that need cleaning. Debbie is almost always there to greet me and get me going quickly. She is SUPER HELPFUL! In the hundreds of garments I have had serviced there may have been 1 or 2 buttons that got damaged, but they took care of it quickly and NO drama. I have also used their alteration service for patches for my kids various activities. This service has not failed me yet. I see a lot of negative remarks on this string and I simply don't see it. Folks have to remember, it's a cleaning service, NOT a MIRACLE service.”

The place is very nice and clean, it has 2 coin machines look brand new. The folding tables and benches are spacious and clean. The attendants are always moving around, checking on things, and keeping everything ready for use. There are plenary of large washers and dryers. “I just want to say the staff at this Dry Cleaner really knows customer service! I took my comforter in to get dry cleaned and it was my first time going there. The guy behind the counter was very courteous and he gave me a good feeling about the place. I experienced it more when I went to pick up my comforter two weeks later. I explained that I just had surgery and that's why I was late in returning back. I knew I would need to be careful in picking up the bag with my clean comforter inside. The lady behind the counter actually came around and without me asking her, she took the bag to my car and placed it inside for me. Her actions went above and beyond anything that I would have expected out of a dry cleaner. With reasonable prices and courteous service like this, I now have a place for all my dry cleaning needs!
