“Stopped in for a special visit for open mic on Wednesday night. The rain put a damper on patrons visiting as well as having to do it indoors. There were a few guitar singers which was nice to sit back and relax to hear play and sing. I enjoyed a 300 year old Mexican recipe Mimosa which was very tasty with or without fruit. Will visit again on a non rainy night to hear some more live music. I did not order food but others were saying how delicious the plates were and the smell was very tempting. “We went here for the first time after stopping by the Lakeland Mall one evening. We had never been to one of these boil-in-bag places, and thought we would give it a try. I'm so glad we did because everything was delicious, and pretty well-priced. We ended up sharing a bag with a pound of dungeness crab legs and a half pound of shrimp. It also came with sausage, potatoes and corn. We added a bag of clams as well. For the crab/shrimp bag we got the garlic butter and the Cajun seasoning and for the clams we just got the garlic butter. The seasoning were phenomenal. And while all of the seafood was tasty and cooked perfectly, the sausage was a surprise hit of the evening. We will definitely be back and next time we plan on ordering a non-boil side item like french fries to go with it, just to get us a different taste to break things up with. Overall great food. What we ordered was plenty for 2 adults who can eat a lot of seafood. Only negative was that our server was super slow when it came to refilling out water, and with the seasoning we definitely could have used a refill mid-way through. Edited to add: we went back a second time and the service was much better.”

“We visited for the first time, took us a bit to go over the menu ( there are so many great options). The 4 of us got different things to taste test each other's and was not disappointed. The foods ordered were the colossal babe grilled cheese ( fried egg and bacon) with fries. Assassin burger with tots, cheese steak with tots, steak Mac and cheese and chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the bradentucky hot dog. Everything was very good. A couple of personal preference things for myself would be more seasoning to the chicken in the Alfredo, dice up onions on the dog so when you take a bite you don't pull everything off whole. The tots were really good and me not being a big fry person loved the hand cut fries! We will be going back to try other menu offerings! Whoever helped us at the counter they were very patient with us and helpful when we asked about the items we were looking at.”

I usually go for #3 which is just spicy enough to enjoy it. They also have a spice tray they will bring you if you ask. They have canned sodas but I opted for water, which didn't taste bad. “The chicken and waffles were great, and the meat was juicy and delicious. The syrup/hot sauce combo was okay; I think it’s better with just the regular syrup. Biscuits and gravy are hard to mess up, but they did an excellent job making the biscuits go perfectly with the sausage gravy; I was a big fan of the texture and how it paired with the chicken. My dining experience was nice too, the retro look and prompt service gave the spot a cozy feel to it. Steven was my server and he was respectful and quick to tend to my needs!”
