Although a bit of an issue with starting place and time, once contact was made, they arrived as stated and spent 10.5 hours moving furniture from a storage unit and a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. They were professional, took exceptional care of my furniture and other belongings, and even, after an extremely long , hot day, they took the time to make sure I was happy with the furniture placement in the new home. Fantastic crew and would definitely hire them again.”

“Big Boys Moving provided the best service than ANY other moving company had before. The movers did a fantastic job with moving my things safely and productively. I thought my move was going to take 5 hours or more, and it only took 3! They moved my home office, my master bedroom, and a few other rooms. Big boys is no joke, they were very respectful to me. As opposed to the last moving company I went with, the other moving company said an insult to me. These guys are fast and are professional. They made moving to my new town stress free. They gave me a window for arrival and managed to get to my home before they told me they would be here. The movers also were awesome with getting some of my items into my storage unit. They also packed all my items in the truck very neatly so they were able to fit in all in one truck. All of the items were put exactly where I needed them placed by the movers. “We relocated from Charlotte, NC to near Tampa, FL with only 3 weeks notice. Every phone call made to U-Pack was answered by a knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I was given unbiased information relating to my situation and not once did I hear a pitch or hook to sell me something. It was very refreshing and resulted in me giving them my trust. Every other aspect of our move was a disaster. But anything having to do with U-Pack was super smooth. Our driver waited a very long time for us to finish loading (we underestimated how much we had and had to leave a LOT behind) and was so patient. He understood we were upset, stressed, and exhausted at that point. He got our containers to us on the earliest day and set them up to be easy for us to unload. Every promise was kept. Every schedule was on time. All advice given was valuable and fully utilized. And we paid half of what a leading competitor was trying to squeeze from us. We're grateful for the team we worked with!!”

“Kevin and Sons Moving just moved my elderly parents from one assisted living apartment to a different assisted living apartment across town. Kevin and his crew did all of the packing and transporting of the furniture and boxes. When they arrived at my parents' new place, Kevin and his crew spent extra time thoughtfully placing each piece of furniture so that the living areas are welcoming, well-spaced out, comfortable, and functional always keeping in mind my parents' limited mobility. For that I am grateful. Kevin and his team were friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. My parents were very comfortable with him and his services. I also enjoyed working with Kevin and his team. They even went out of their way to pick up furniture from two different residences so my parents could have exactly what they wanted.
