“What with roof replacements costing an arm and leg nowadays, I sought an alternative that would protect my home at an affordable price. Luckily I found Brian and his company, Apex Painting. Although I never heard of Elastomeric paint previously, I did a lot of research and lo and behold, it turns out to do exactly what I needed, and then some. My primary objective was to prevent my 25 year old roof from the occasional leaking. Apex applied this very thick “coating” which sealed my roof while at the same time, refreshing the look of my tired roof with a bright, clean color all for a fraction of the cost of replacing the roof. Brian was there for us from start to finish, taking pride in all his team was tasked to do. He kept me informed throughout the project which was completed in just one day. No permits were required. They cleaned up after they completed and now everyone in my neighborhood thinks I had my roof replaced. I highly recommend anyone with a similar problem contact Brian at Apex and let him explain what they can do for you BEFORE hiring an expensive roofer.”

Devin the owner was fantastic, he provided me with a quote for the work I needed done within maybe an hour or two of me calling (that included him going to my house and taking pictures etc) his quote was very thorough and outlined everything he and his team would do. I think the quote was very reasonable for the work they performed. I had the entire exterior of my house painted and some work done inside too and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had an issue with my HOA approving the work I needed to have done and Devin sent the HOA a great email explaining everything he would be doing and why it was necessary to have it done sooner rather than later. Devin and his team came to my house on time each day and they did a great job. I also had the island in my kitchen painted and Ben did a fantastic job! Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day.
