“The staff at this pharmacy are so professional and especially Jaheira (sp?). The last time I was there, I had been all over Miami to find a medication I needed that same night. After running around in rush hour, dealing with incompetent staff at other pharmacies, I tore through the door at SMP 15 minutes before closing. It was like entering another dimension. They were calm and accommodating and kind. They reassured me right away that everything would be ok and that I would get the meds I needed on time. They quickly addressed some insurance issues that other pharmacies didn't understand. Honestly I was so stressed before and they calmed me so quickly I think I actually cried tears of relief. Get them to price it with and without insurance. I use insurance for 1 or 2, and self pay all the others. I've always had pleasant experiences here. “They were excellent for me and I was waiting for the doctor to come in the room and then I could use them to take my blood test. They told me that my sugar was down to 69, so they gave me 4 sugar tablets and I was feeling better. They seem to know what they were doing and took care of me right away. I didn't wait that long for the doctor to come in the office today and she was extremely pleasant to me. The nurse was pleasant also.I would recommend them all the time.”

“Ben’s pharmacy is the best! My husband and I are from out of town and about to visit my elderly parents. We needed Covid tests and literally everywhere else was booked and sold out of tests. The pharmacist at Ben’s was so helpful, friendly, and tested us even though it kept him there after closing time. The environment is clean, calm, and there’s a lovely sitting area to wait for test results or for vaccine. I can’t recommend this place enough!”
