“I was coming down Powell road on Monday 3/4/19 late afternoon. Just as I realized I was going too fast I started to slow down. With in 2 seconds I saw a patrol car hit his lights. I started to pullover, knowing I was going too fast. When I looked back the officer had turned of his lights and let me continue at a slower speed. When I told my husband how nice and effective the officer had been he said he had the same experience when he was going 6 miles over the limit 3 months earlier. “Went here to get finger printed for my concealed weapons permit (CCW) back in 2012 and today, 2/28/17, went here again to go along with my father so he could get finger printed for his CCW. Both times the experience was a good one, and the people were very kind and respectful. I think the Sheriffs Dept. looks upon applying for your CCW as a responsible duty of being a respectful law abiding citizen, because the response of the people that work here is very positive when you tell them you're here for your CCW.”
