Batten's Appliance

I recently bought a GE dryer from home depot well unfortunately it decided to stop working a fee days after we got it . However Denny came out and made sure he fixed the dryer . He was so polite and fun to talk to. I am so thankful he knew how to fix it . He told me I'm not going to leave until it is fixed and he was true to his word . Thank you again so much !

EDIT TO POST: Guys showed up today and found out one of them was the owner and he apologized for the way I was talked to. That's huge for me because you don't see people like that anymore. They're supper friendly and are still working on the dryer. Will be giving them another chance because I know how much the owner cares.

We had bought a brand new washer and dryer and when we set them up we discovered our dryer was louder than it should be so we did a warranty claim through ge but the rude woman from battens called me and said that they couldn't come out until a week after my original scheduled day which wasn't a big deal. Guy finally showed up with 30 minutes left in the scheduled window I was given. He came in, looked at the dryer, turned it on diagnosed as bad rollers. But that was it. Tomorrow will be a month since he came and I haven't heard from them since. I called today and talked to the same rude woman who screamed hold please when I answered and then cut me off while I was talking and treated me like I was wasting her time. She told me that she can't get anyone out until 8 days from now.

I would first like to say I’m relieved and thankful for Batten appliance. I first contacted my homeowners insurance for my refrigerator in my garage because the freezer and fridge temperatures were too high. They assigned Sears whom came out 3 times and still didn’t fix the issue. I called back and had to pay another deductible for the same issue and they assigned Battens. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant we talked on the phone for about a good 5 minutes and it was just nice to share similar stories. I was given an appointment and when Denny and the older guy came out they were very pleasant individuals and within 5 minutes Denny diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the parts and within a week they came back installed the parts and it’s working properly and I must say I’m a happy camper. Thanks for your great service abs fixing the issue I wish they assigned this company first so I didn’t have to pay 2 deductibles....Thanks
