Josh with JD lock saved the day for my client! I am a Realtor and my client told me at 3pm that she could not find her keys to her front door. If I could post 6 stars, I would. Josh is professional, friendly, straight-forward, and easy to communicate with. He arrived on time (to re-key several locks in the house). While accomplishing the job he noticed I had purchased a new lock which was a double-key. He realized it didn't match the other sets so asked before he installed and keyed it. Thank goodness he did, as I did not want a double-key dead bolt. His attention to detail is most appreciated!! I highly recommend Josh for any locksmith needs.

Josh was a blessing today when I was in an odd predicament with my truck ignition being stuck. It was kind of an emergency since the truck was on and i couldnt turn it off (and almost out of gas).
