We just came from Florida to purchase a boat from Blue.. What a awesome experience!! Blue was so nice and helped us get the boat we wanted.. He went through the boat with us and showed us everything we needed to know.. He made sure everything worked as it should and gave us great tips for pulling our boat home safely!! My husband and I purchased a new Viaggio pontoon from Marietta Marine and truly had the best experience possible! Blue and Danielle were incredibly helpful, quick and available every step of the way. The perks and service Marietta Marine provides are unmatched. We were considering purchasing a Sun Tracker at Bass Pro, but after speaking with Blue it was clear that we would be getting a higher quality boat and higher quality service with Marietta Marine. We will continue to use them for any service needs or future purchases! 10/10

My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Viaggio pontoon from Marietta Marine. We've been looking for over a year and I remember finding Blue on YouTube giving some of his boat previews. I also used his videos as tutorials to learn about the various features that the different boats have. This help us narrow down what we liked and had a better idea of what to inquire about. We made sure to go see Blue in person and he gave us the absolute BEST service. I have never had a better experience purchasing anything of this magnitude. Blue was professional, attentive, impressionable and was only interested in providing us the best buying experience. No hard selling, no underselling and he provided his expertise and even shared his personal opinion when we asked for it. It was a wonderful experience working with Blue and his wife Danielle. Danielle runs the financial side of the business and also extended us wonderful customer service. They are both so knowledgeable and responsive. It was a smooth transaction and we will definitely send our friends and family their way. I have already made up my mind that I will only have our boat serviced by their team because of our wonderful experience and the other reviews about Marietta Marine. By the way, Danielle facilitated a seamless and quick completion of paperwork from beginning to end. Lastly, Blue had an engine & swing bar installed by the 2nd day! The third day, they loaded our accessories into the storage compartments on our new boat and Blue delivered it to our marina himself and gave a phenomenal orientation. Marietta Marine has a top tier team & we love them!

But, what do they do when everything doesn’t go right?

We bought our Viaggio Lago from Marietta Marine in October of 2021. Our boat was on the showroom floor but because of supply chain issues, outside of their control, the engine wasn’t in yet.

When the deadline for the engine to arrive passed, and passed again, Danielle stepped into action along with Super Blue and came up with a great solution that made all of us happy.

We picked up the boat a few days later. Super Blue did a great on lake demo with us and made sure we were comfortable with the boat and all was good.

We took it in for its first service in April. Through some miscommunication, the boat was left out in the pollen while in for service. We weren’t too happy when we got the boat back…. But it gets worse….

As we were idling out of the Marina waving goodbye to Flip (that guy is great too) who just dropped off the boat, it suddenly died on us and would not restart.

I called Dean from the boat to let him know what was going on…. He immediately called our Marina to get us a tow, turned Flip around and our boat was back on the trailer heading back to the Marina in less than 15 minutes.

Dean stepped up right away. Turned out the gas line got pinched somehow. One of those fluky - nobodies fault type things. They put a new one on. Gave us a full detail and delivered the boat back in pristine and good working condition.

It’s great when everything goes right, but I’m always more impressed with what someone or a company will do when things don’t go right.

Clearly, from all the other reviews on here, they’re doing it right but the two times we needed them they stepped up big time and they have earned a loyal customer.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Viaggio L22U pontoon from Marietta Marine. Danielle was awesome to work with and they had great prices which is why we came from AL to purchase! We had such a great experience that our neighbors are buying a boat from them as well. I would definitely recommend Marietta Marine to anyone!!
