I've lived here for almost four years now and it's been your standard apartment-style living and expectations. There's always good and bad no matter where you rent. The biggest difference to what makes it a proper living environment is the staff and what they do to transform the experience. I can honestly say that in my 3~4 years I've been here and the 10 I've lived in apartments, I never received the kind of care and TLC I got today when Leon and Kiyana were helping me resolve a genuine issue and concern. Even when I had come in with a terrible disposition, they were both so caring and accommodating to helping me resolve my issue. I'm only even leaving this review because they deserve the acknowledgement and recognition for truly understanding the concerns of others.
This understanding is the absolute defining feature on what you need to look and hope for when searching for apartments out there.

My move-in experience was better than I've had in years. The staff get to know who you are and care about how things are going! They truly make you feel at home. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and offers great storage space. I would like to see more ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the unit, but if you have lamps then it illuminates the room enough. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend The Atlantic BridgeMill!

A place called HOME! This is for me. I love it here. Been in my apartment for 10 years plus 2 years in other apartments. I have seen managers come and go. Some OK some not so good. The Management team we have now are the BEST! They go above and beyond to help you. The maintenance team are wonderful. All you have to do is ask. We are close to so many amenities. Many right here on site, pool, laundry room, game and exercise room, tennis court and a dog run just to mention a few. Others within a 5 mile radius, grocery stores, restaurants, churches, schools, golf courses, gas stations, and so much more. Also Lakes for boaters and fishing. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. There was a problem earlier but it has been taken care of. Happens anywhere.
I have lived a lot of places in a lot of states but this one tops them all. It's a place I call HOME!

We have lived here 6 years and couldn’t say enough about this community. We have an attentive maintenance staff who stay on top of the grounds and preventative care. The leasing office staff and management team are always friendly and pleasant. We are a great family friendly community who look out for each other. It is central to everything.

Highly recommend this property! The units do not feel like apartments they feel like homes.

Maintenance is always on top of things and fast when you need them! Property management is stellar 10/10!
