Out of the Box Direct Primary Care

Dr Lee is the best doctor I have ever seen. She took her time and asked me a lot of questions. She prescribed me medication that worked. I have not had this experience ever.

Dr. Lee and her husband are great people and they always make sure that you are well taken cared of when you visit. Dr. Lee makes me feel super comfortable and is never rude or judgmental like previous doctors I've had before. Any misunderstanding or questions I've ever had, Dr. Lee answers and it always makes me feel better! And their doggies are so cute too :)

AMAZING doctor and AMAZING office! I have always struggled finding the right primary care doctor for myself given my conditions. Every time I felt sick in certain ways, I was always told unfavorable answers like "it's just stress" or "you just need to relax" instead of getting real solutions. It was always the same 'root cause' of stress every doctor I went to, but no way of resolving it besides being told to simply calm down, which is impossible for me.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by a family member, and I was beyond grateful for her ever since joining half a year ago. The very day I decided to visit her, I was seen the very next hour I called the office! It was phenomenal! I had never been seen by a doctor so quickly! And as soon as she met me, she was immediately compassionate and caring and willing to listen to and understand my situation. Instead of just saying all of my problems were caused by stress, she was able to provide several solutions to try and figure out more deep-rooted causes, which ultimately resolved my issues I have been having since childhood. Since then, I have always appreciated and respected Dr. Lee's medical advice and personal opinions. She is almost like a therapist in how caring she is. She loves to listen and try to comfort you and not only resolve your medical issues but also your personal issues. Dr. Lee is absolutely amazing, and I am so thankful for how easy it is to talk to her after years of struggling with the modern American healthcare system.

Moreover, the office itself is a wonderful space. Her husband/ office attendant John is very helpful and prompt when you reach out to him with questions, whether it be about payments, appointments, or medications. It's always nice to talk with him and be comfortable in the atmosphere of the office while waiting for the doctor to finish with another patient or a phone call.

Overall, I immensely appreciate how responsive, quick, and effective this medical practice is. I would HIGHLY recommend it, and specifically Dr. Lee, for everyone! I will caution you though: she is not like traditional doctors since she operates as a Direct Primary Care as opposed to many other offices. That is how she is able to provide such great services. With that, once you understand how that system works, you are able to really reap all of the benefits of it and the care Dr. Lee provides.

Dr. Susan Lee and her husband/office manager, John are both AMAZING! They have been such a god send for my family. It started out with just my father-in-law, but we were so impressed that all 6 of us see her now. They take the time to really get to know their patients and you can tell how much they care. They go above and beyond regularly to make sure we are get the care we need. I’m so grateful we found them.
