I switched to Farmers Insurance - Stephen Divine, and have saved over $1,000 a year since. I recently filed a claim with my vehicle after an accident and it was extremely easy. Update: I just purchased a new car and it’s the first time I need to have a policy change done! I am so impressed with Beau and his commitment to his customers! He was so quick to respond and help me through this purchase and making sure my investment is covered! My agent is Beau. He is very knowledgeable in a very confusing industry. I have been comparing prices and reviewing the quotes between his carrier and another. I needed to make a decision today before my insurance renewed. I called Beau's competitor to ask some final questions and they are either on vacation or just didn't return my call. I dealt with Christine Cochran from this Farmers office. She saved me $1,000/year with a new auto, home, and umbrella policy. But just as important, Christine was very responsive to my questions comparing policies, flexible to accommodate my challenging schedule, and very efficient with my time when we were on the phone talking. She was always prepared for our conversations and made sure she followed up on open issues from previous phone calls. She made this process very easy.
