  As a Clinical Psychologist, these classes impressed me with the information provided on physiological responses to perceived danger and how we react and cognitively process threats. By understanding those automatic reactions in hands-on scenarios, we were able to then modify our behavior in order to protect ourselves and others. Extremely valuable info that is easy to apply in daily life. Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend! Armando has provided multiple courses for our company (Columbia Property Trust) over the past few years. The training ranged from hands-on defensive moves, to education on various tips and tricks for the entire family around safety awareness. He manages to take an intimidating topic and put into easily applied, practical training for the average person. (No easy feat considering the diversity in age and abilities of our group!) Our employees always enjoy having him as a speaker and have asked him to return every time. He is an engaging professional, and most certainly speaking from a vast amount of experience.

  I recently completed this course and found it to be incredibly helpful. The instruction was clear and personalized. The concepts are drilled as much as the individual movements and techniques giving students the necessary components to continue drilling on their own after the course. I highly recommend taking this course.
