Mark and Laura were so helpful making sure she had everything that she would need and walking her through all the basics on the machines functions. Their price was excellent and we got a lot more machine than we thought we would in our price range. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a first sewing machine or upgrade to a much better one like we did. They even have a selection of serviced preowned machines! The showroom area is very neat and organized making any accessories you might need easy to find, though they would probably love to help you if you still had any trouble. They also have a bunch of classes available so I know she will see them soon. Thank you guys so much for an awesome buying experience and happy holidays.

(October 23, 2022, 4:23 pm)Great place to bring when my Janome needs maintenance. I also bought a back up machine here when my main one is in their shop so I can keep working. Their was an elderly lady that was very helpful when I told her I needed 3 specific things for my back up machine in a certain price point. She showed me what they had available and was able to find and buy my new back up that day.

(October 21, 2022, 6:43 pm)This place is a hidden gem! I didn't even realize that they were in Kennesaw until I called Brother about a part. Mark and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Mark ordered my part (missing flat bed attachment) and the part came in earlier than I had expected. I'm very happy that Brother has them listed as one of their distributors. Their customer service was outstanding! She looks whole again!
