This is a well run storage facility. Great staff and I loved the indoor loading and unloading option. Especially with the nasty winter weather in MN. I had my belongings at the Ramsey Storage for about a year and nothing was damaged or stolen. Very clean facility with a indoor bathroom. 👍

A very well maintained facility with nice, helpful staff! Very affordable! They provide 4 wheel carts on site and have elevators and bathrooms for your convenience! Would definitely recommend them as well and use them again.

Great personal storage. It's clean, well lit, climate controlled, decently priced and has some cool technology features. It does get busy, especially on the weekends and turning a truck with a trailer around leaving the unloading bay is harder than it should be. I recommend this place.

Very nice facility and nice staff. I had issues with setting up the app and Sharon was able to help me with it, she even walked me through on how to use the app to open the doors and walked me to my storage unit. Very helpful people and a nice place!

My daughter and I came in and rented a unit today. Facility is clean and well lit, cameras throughout. Staff was easy to work with. Easy phone app to access unit.

Professional, efficient, and courteous. Shortly after reaching out, I was emailed a quote based upon them coming on site to view my property. They replaced rotted wood on my home's exterior and did other painting and work on the gutters as well. Shortly after the completion of the job, I received a postcard in the mail thanking me for my business. That gesture capped off what was a great experience from beginning to end.
