As I had to move out of Georgia for work, he even took care of maintaining my house and lawns, forwarding my mails, touching up paint on wall, and even selling the refrigerator, setting up thermostat at optimum temperature, and making sure all electric bulbs are shut off etc. I know these are little things but they matter a lot when the bills add up over a time! I can guarantee you all that you can not find a better person to get your job done. Especially someone like me who knows very little about the current fluctuations in the real estate market, selling house can be tough but Matthew makes it very easy to understand snd deal with!
