The cost to repair was more than the van was worth so I went through the process of selling a less than functional vehicle while 9 hours away from home. The folks at Cumberland answered the phone, gave us a fair offer, were prompt at pickup, and were pleasant to deal with. When other places wouldn't pick up, wouldn't call back, gave an insulting offer (insult to "injury" around Thanksgiving was irritating at best), or would have taken hours of waiting around, Cumberland helped us make the best of an unfortunate situation.

I went in the next day and Scott remembered the phone call and everything that we had discussed the day before to the precise requests that I made. When I returned to pick up the parts they where ready as promised with no wait. The team at Cumberland loaded them for me with a smile. I got what I think was a great price and I KNOW was great customer service at Cumberland. I believe you will too!
