I’ve been to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses twice in Pasadena for new glasses and in each visit Daya helped me and was so nice, professional and super helpful. Daya really went the extra mile assisting me. I will definitely keep returning. Also a clerk greeted me once I walked in the door. Very friendly also.
Hello there ABCG. My experience with one of your amazing and top notch store associate named Deya in Pasadena did a outstanding job helping me with my contacts. I think she is one of the best store associate I have ever encountered. She helped me order my contacts where I was in Dyer need of them cause I ran out of my last pair 2 months ago and I wasn't doing so well in financial. So i came across another store that there store associate said they had the same contacts that your store had for a big cheaper in price. So I thought I was too good of a deal to pass up. So I made the order from the other eye glass and contacts store and they lie to me about having it n stock and lied about they were going to have it shipped to my house in a week. So I was fooled by the other store. In truth there store was out of stock my the contacts I need it and my wait to have what I paid for won't be sent to my home address till next year of the 2nd week. To note For short I had explained how important I need contacts for my job not glass. Cause both of them are important in different ways. So I felt that the other store just wanted her commission in sales and didn't give a care about my concerns about my situation. So I decided to go get my contacts with u guys. That is what I should I have done in the first place. But I waste more time trying to be cheap and I messed up. But you Deya was a true blessing and made my bad situation from bad to great. I know my contacts aren't cheap. And if you want to have the best product u have to sometimes pay the fair price. But your store associate amazing and fAst and had my new contacts order done in less time then the other store that tried to rip me off. And she went above and beyond and give me a sample bottle of cleaning solution for my need contacts, plus a new pair of trail pair to help me to get through my week at work before my 6 months supply arrives to my house in a week. I apologize for the long story. I am just truly grateful for what Deya help with my contacts dilemma. I think she deserves a bonus or a raise for the hard work she puts in for customers. Cause it's common to have a good worker at a job. But it's very rare to encounter a store associate that cares and takes extra steps to help you and give you a wonderful experience. That rare person is Deya. So thanks again. Today I am just stunned with amazement on how I finally got my contacts.
Thank you very much for the wonderful service personnels and the optometrist who had provided excellent impeccable services today as I checked my eyesight. Was personally assisted by Kat, Gissell, Jackie and the wonderful optometrist Brenda Lien who was very professional and courteous. Am looking forward to receiving my two eye glasses surely in about 2 weeks.
Great service. It was my first time getting glasses and found the manager Gissell and the rest of the staff to be very helpful. Service was quick and professional. I will definitely be going back due to the excellent customer service.
This is a fantastic optical center. Came for a standalone eye exam appointment $50 and was finished in less than 45 minutes. Dr Lien was very professional and all the staff I encountered was polite. Free parking in lot.
