The classes promote excellent along with team building growth to hone our skill sets. Honestly, this the best BJJ and self defense school I have ever attending. This is not your typical smash rolling gym. They focus on learning, growing, and keeping the body healthy. They have a fantastic blend of self defense, gi and no-gi BJJ. They teach real world, practical BJJ martial arts and self defense! I highly recommend this school and I will not train any where else!
