GRAND MOTORCARS (MARIETTA)

Called in after checking their website and talked to Donnie. He was very respectful and knowledgeable of the vehicle I inquired. We scheduled a tes drive that same day like 2hrs after the call. I currently owned 3 cars and have purchased about 7 different cars in my lifetime, I have to say this was the fastest and easiest process I've ever done when buying a car. Grant was very transparent over the numbers on everything and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. If you're looking for a vehicle and you see it on the website or at the location, give it a visit and talk to these guys. I'm from New York you can see my reviews, I don't work and I'm not being pay for this. This is an honest review and as pleasant and easy going as this process was for me they deserve my 5 stars.

Grand Motorcars is pretty good dealership. The sales folks are very matter of fact. With that said, they are a little rigid on their prices. But their asking price was already on the lower end of the car's value so there is that. They got me a great warranty, service agreement, and GAP protection. Overall it was an easy experience. I left feeling good about my purchase. I would recommend Grand Motorcars to a friend.

AMAZING experience! Before I even walked in, they had employees waiting outside to greet and assist as needed. I was lucky enough to work with Mark. He made this very stressful process quick and painless. The car I wanted initially was sold, but he took the initiative to call me and notify me of a better deal for the same model. Absolutely would recommend them!

The car buying experience was okay, but I want to give a special shout out to the manager Mike and service head Jose for exceptional customer service. Had a minor issue with my vehicle that neither Grand Motorcars nor I had caught when completing the transaction. Mike and Jose went out of their way to help get it resolved for me. I would highly recommend checking out the cars here, the prices they offer are just great. However, do your research still because there is a reason a lot of these cars are priced the way they are, but you can find some hidden gems though. I'll be keeping an eye on their inventory when I need to buy my next used car.
