When I call with questions the are resolved immediately. Nice to have someone I can talk to and not have to hold for thirty minutes like with other banks.

I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone needing to do business or personal banking. He explained things well, made me aware of my options and resources and helped me feel like I knew what decisions I was making with my money. 5 stars for Fidelity!
