I couldn't be more pleased with this law firm and the outcome of my case! They were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process! I totally recommend Jones and Swanson. At first I was going to go to a TV lawyer because that’s what I knew but I was concerned about being attended to, getting in touch with my lawyers, and basically for my case to be taken seriously because I was really hurt. I saw a mass amount of reviews for that company that made me feel uneasy. Trying to do the research to find a good law firm right after an accident was incredibly stressful. I didn't want to stress about my case or whether or not I could get in touch with my lawyers. So I decided to leave the TV lawyer and went with Jones and Swanson. They were really kind and made sure I was set up with my appointments and doctors as soon as possible. What I loved most is how easy it was to get in contact with them. Wendi my paralegal was incredibly informed. She listened to all my concerns and gave me straight answers and good advice on how to move forward with the decisions on my case. They really cared about getting me a good disbursement for my case. If you want a law firm that is always responsive, answers all your questions honestly, and that you can trust to make sure you’re taken care of then you should go with Jones and Swanson. I hope I never need them again but if I’m ever in a situation that I do they’re my first choice.

I was looking for some legal help and although Jones & Swanson does not practice in the scope I was looking they were happy to help. Mrs. Wendi Lucas was professional, kind, and very helpful.
