  I had Mr Dawson as my service advisor and had an absolutely fantastic experience! It’s my first time coming to get my car serviced here and it was all around a great experience! All the people were so nice and asking if I needed help. The car was ready quickly and everything was done right the first time!

  Paid 1650 Purchased a 60 month/100,000 mile "Motor Trend" warranty when I purchased my Ford Edge from Wade Ford. I tried to file a claim with "Motor Trend" when my brakes failed. They said we don't provide coverage for hoses. Hit a pothole going 70 miles an hour on an interstate causing the wheel rims on the passenger side of the vehicle to become bent. Best repair quote I received was $400.00 for both wheels to be straightened. Called "Motor Trend", they said they don't cover wheel repair unless there is an air leak. I visited Wade Ford and presented the rejection of the repair by "Motor Trend" to Cedric, the Wade Ford staff member who sold me the warranty. He said Wade Ford would make it good. I was asked to bring the car to the dealership at 10:30 the next day. I was directed to ask for Eric, the Service Advisor. When, I arrived and asked for Eric, he was prepared. He knew the issue, and told me he needed the car for two days and that Cedric had arranged for a loaner. Two days later, Eric called to tell me the car was ready to be picked up. Much to my surprise, the damaged wheels were replaced with two new wheels at no charge to me. Now, that is what I consider outstanding service from Eric and Cedric. I was told that is the Wade Ford culture...customer always comes first.

  Great sales experience. Sales team (Andrew, Charles) were thoughtful via email and I came in. Wound up buying a different vehicle but they were great. Took minutes. Sales manager (Tom) put deal together fairly and easily. Finance (Cedric) took less than 5 minutes. Highly appreciative of this great ford store. New wade customer for life.

  I started talking to Wade Ford for about a week before we traded on my new truck. Their rep, Willie Means was on the spot with consistency. We made the deal over the phone and my wife and I, along with our little Maltese, Nick, made the 230 mile trip and switched vehicles. I was very pleased with everyone that assisted us. Very nice people. Couldn't have been any better. Especially Willie. Thanks
