  Mike is an excellent trainer. Mike focuses his effort on your progress, is interactive during your training session and makes proper adjustments during each session to ensure the best workout possible. Unlike other trainers that spend time in their phone or per-occupied with other distractions. Mike stays focused on producing the best results each session.

  Mike is a fantastic personal trainer! He is dedicated to his clients! I have been working out with him since December 2014 and have lost over 20 lbs & 5% body fat. Mike is focused on you the entire workout. You never see him distracted or on his phone when he is training. He also holds me accountable every day & follows up with my cardio & eating outside of the gym. I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about changing their life through exercise and healthy choices.

He uses his extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition to structure workouts that build on my strengths and push me beyond my perceived limits, and to provide the nutritional guidance I need to meet my goals.   There is not a better Personal Trainer in North Atlanta.
  Professional, knowledgeable, dependable and dedicated to each client.
  Mike's one-on-one specifically tailored workout program for me has completely changed my body, strength and stamina.
