Venue itself was great but the parking situation was a whole other story. It's a walk up to the venue unless you pay for upgraded parking. I don't mind walking. I had to wait 2 hours to get out when show was over and then drive another hour home. But it was worth it to see the show I attended. Bags need to be clear 12x12. Chairs only beach size small low to ground. You can bring snacks, one 20oz bottle water and a blanket. Everything worked out good for me but I'd say bring water and or food to leave in car for that wait to get out of parking lot.

Great venue for any event. Might be in the middle of no where, but it's a fun place. I came here to see the Cleveland orchestra perform lord of the rings. The place is huge and has plenty of food and drink options to occupy your time before your event starts. Seats aren't the most comfortable, but it's nothing that's that big of an issue. The yard seating is huge and still has a great view. Sound quality is good. There's tons of bathrooms and they are all as clean as you'd expect from a giant concert venue. Has a lot of parking, and enough parking attendants to ensure there's no issues. I'd recommend paying for closer parking so you don't get stuck in the grass that's super fat away.

A quality venue that has plenty of seating available, especially on the lawn. Be aware of restrictions on drinks, bags, and seats before walking from your car, however. I would like to see more paved parking as well as footpaths, both of which would be helpful on wet and rainy days. Plenty of vendors of drinks and food depending on when you visit, and a good amount for restrooms too. The sound profile here is amazing.

Absolutely beautiful and incredible venue! We saw the Cleveland Orchestra perform Lord of the Rings beautifully, we lucked out on lovely weather. They have their parking and bathroom situation figured out best they can for a venue of 20k people. No complaints here!

Entrance/exit routes definitely need some sort of upgrade or rerouting for high traffic events. I would also suggest adding a designated parking lot WITH signage for Uber and other ride-shares so people aren’t aimlessly walking around trying to find a mystery parking lot. Other than that, we had a BLAST! The Backstreet Boys were amazing, as usual! I also highly, highly recommended purchasing the upgraded VIP ticket when available - it saved us so much time waiting for the restrooms, food and drinks. The bartenders that night were also very nice and one even let me use her personal phone charger when my phone was about to die. Overall, great experience!
