When one reaches their 80’s, it’s especially important to feel confidence and caring from a healthcare provider. Dunwoody Urgent Care is without a doubt the best in making patients feel cared for. Dr Loc and all of his staff are top notch.

Wonderful clinic. I can't express how much I appreciate them giving people the medical freedom to decide for themselves whether or not to wear a mask rather than forcing one on every face. I had so much anxiety around this. They were short-staffed the day I went but super efficient and kind and thorough. Much better than all the urgent cares around.

Just had the best experience here! Brought my son in late afternoon after he fell badly at the playground and got a swollen and bruised eye. Dr. Locarnini was fantastic! He was very calming, asked all the right questions, very attentive to my son's condition and gave a very thorough examination; he spent time with us and wasn't in a rush. He was present and gave his little patient all his attention. I really appreciated his manner, detailed explanation of his diagnosis and how he prepared/informed us for what might occur once we left the office. Dr. Locarnini has a great staff who helped us, too. They were all welcoming, helpful, fun and timely. We were in and out in less than an hour. I really got the feel of a "neighborhood" place; a warm and welcoming urgent care. It is a clean and cared for space without feeling sterile and clinical. So happy to have had such a great experience this evening. Thank you, Dr. Locarnini and the staff who helped us. I appreciate you! Hope we don't need to come back, but if we do, I know we'll be in good hands. Thank you!

Dr. Casey and his team were the absolute best! They treated me yesterday for a severe allergic reaction. They were so kind, caring and attentive. I have been going there for years and ABSOLUTELY would not go elsewhere. Dr.Casey is an MD, not a physicians assistant. I highly recommend them.

After a frustrating experience at another urgent care facility that was reluctant to treat my 100+ year old mother because of her age, I brought her to Dunwoody Urgent Care. We were not able to provide a lot of clues as to why she was feeling so poorly, so Dr. Locarnini took the time to talk with her, gave her a very thorough examination, and ran the necessary tests. He and all of his staff were so kind and patient with her throughout the entire process. My mother has always been reluctant to visit the doctor, but I am now comforted by the fact that she would gladly return to see Dr. Loc after this pleasant experience!
