This is one of the best communities I’ve lived in. I’ve been here for 3 years and 7 months. The leasing office has been very welcoming the last 2 years I’ve lived here. Since Mandy, the Property Manager, came on board she has been very kind and helpful. Not sure who the previous PM was but she was very rude. The whole team is good at what they do and I appreciate all the help. I have nerve had any trouble here walls to the apartments are not thin (this complex was built in the 90s so maybe that’s why) and I hope any place I move to in the future is just as good if not better than this places. Thanks!

I have been living here for about 2 years now and still love it. The community is extremely friendly, maintenance is super fast, & office staff very professional. The apartment is very modern and beautiful- so spacious and homey. I have never had any issues that went unresolved in all my time being here. I definitely recommend to all my friends/family.

I love living here at The Marq at Brookhaven! I have been here for a little over a year and it’s a place I highly recommend to someone looking for somewhere to stay. The staff at the leasing office are very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance. It’s a gated community and security is visible almost every night so I feel safe. My apartment came with more than I was expecting for the price so I highly recommend!! 5 stars all across the board.

I have lived here since August 2020. We moved in right after the Covid quarantine and Don made the process seamless. He did a wonderful job “selling” the unit to us, even though the unit sold itself with the beautiful light fixtures, granite countertops and marble bathroom and shower. The 2x2 renovated units are gorgeous. The property is well kept. They have grounds keepers out every morning making sure the property is always clean.

There were few issues with parking and towing when we first moved in but they have changed companies and I have had no issues at all since. If you come home late tho, be prepared to walk from guest parking to your apartment. It is hard to find parking after a certain time. But they offer paid garage parking so that helps.

There is a security vehicle on the property most nights. The gates have always been kept closed.

The leasing team is wonderful, seriously. Mandi and Don really make/have a great team. They’re always so friendly and pleasant. Very easy to deal with and so understanding.

My lease was set to end this month and I had planned to move on, but after reading reviews of other apartments I decided to stay here. It’s hard to find a team like this one. It feels like family. You walk in the leasing office and they greet you by name. It doesn’t feel like you’re just another tenant.

On my search for a new apartment, I found the Marq and scheduled a tour. When I arrived, all staff in the leasing office greeted me. Farrah helped my find what I needed and was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She was helpful and able to answer my questions. She was able to help me find the best deal for me without letting me walk out feeling confused about anything. Very down to earth and I recommend anyone go to her when looking for their perfect apartment! 😍 I've had bad experiences in the past, so I'm excited to move forward with this decision and location.

Dr, Halcomb and her staff rare the 'BEST' dental team you'll find anywhere! !0 years and they keep getting better - HOW CAN THAT BE??!!! Give them a try - I'll bet you agree ...

Love my dentist office - efficient, clean, safe and professional. Cleanings are so much more reasonable than in New York State. Best Exam Ever!

I love everything about this office. Dr. Halcomb, my hygienist Faith and ALL of the staff are just the best. You guys make going to the dentist FUN!

Dr. Halcomb and staff are amazing. Christine's tooth cleaning is deep and professional and I feel will allow me to live my life with this set of teeth. For that I am so grateful.
And Dr. Halcomb's thorough check both of myself and my husband revealed what could have become a life threatening dis-ease. I will be forever thankful that she is our dentist!!!

The cleaning was as painless and hassle free as I hoped. I was surprised when it was over that I was not visited by the dentist or asked if I wanted to talk to Michelle. Perhaps this is a new pandemic procedure but I was not advised of any changes before or during my visit. I don’t have any dental problems but had mentioned a jaw issue that I expected she would inquire about. I also don’t know how the visit would have different if the hygienist had noticed something suspicious.
