I moved here from Fort Lauderdale where I worked at a Lexus dealership with impeccable customer service. I chose this Lexus Dealership to perform my scheduled maintenance and they did not disappoint. I was greeted promptly in the service drive and directed every step of the way. My service advisor Chris Terrell was very welcoming and professional. Thank you for a good experience. Great customer service.
Chad was my Lexus rep for my last three visits. He’s professional, has a sense of humor, and gives great service every time. I’ve had other reps at Lexus who we’re good as well, he has just been the best.
Kyle Jones was absolutely wonderful!!! I posed some difficult requests/questions on the repair fees reviewed with me before the work was done. I found a great promotion online, from a Lexus competitor. This was a significant savings to me and with the other location being in my work area, I was willing to take my business elsewhere for the savings. Kyle made the decision to not lose my business as he said “over a couple bucks”. He said he’d go ahead and do the job and work with me on the price, once I provided him the discounts the other location provided (honoring their promo). That decision required my trust, in him, that he would stay true to his word, which he DID! I purchased my car in Duluth (1 1/2 yrs. ago) but did not love my experience there, so I moved my service to your facility. Due to a new job, I will be driving nearly $50,000 miles annually. Therefore, you will continue to get my business, contingent on fair costs and the ability to get a loaner, as needed. Kyle’s professionalism, kindness and courtesy made me a happy customer! Kyle was diligent and kept me informed on the repair progress and services being performed. He represented you well and kept me as a loyal customer! This type of dedication is hard to find and this is by far, the BEST experience I’ve had at your location!!! Nothing to do with your employees but I will say that a new policy you have in place, is surprising and a bit disturbing. I had a few Mercedes before this and my husband currently owns a Porsche. I’ve never heard of premium dealerships charging $99 per day, if your loaner is not back within 24 hours of service completion. I’m sure there are those who take advantage but I would hope/think this is not the majority. This alludes to not trusting your customers and another way of price gouging. I understand charging if it’s a week or more. But with Atlanta traffic and/or circumstances out of ones control, it can be difficult to always return within 24 hrs. Thank you!
