“Honestly, I am never one to write reviews, but I have to give this hotel, management, and staff its props. This hotel is top tier and it shows each and every stay! My husband and I have stayed here all three times we’ve visited LA within less than a year and we plan on continuing to give this hotel our business. We felt so comfortable here our first stay in July 2021, we brought our entire family back out with us December 2021 (that speaks volumes!) Not only are you welcomed to a warm atmosphere, but you’re welcomed with the BEST warm cookies! The amenities are amazing as you have a nice pool, fire pit, hot tub, bar/restaurant, and food and beverage cafe for on-the-go. It’s refreshing walking into a clean, spacious, relaxing room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Anything you’d need, from a microwave to a mini-fridge or entertainment system, the room includes it! You call for service or have any minor issues during your stay? The staff is IMMEDIATELY on top of it! Our last stay was February 2022 over our anniversary weekend. What struck out to me the most is my husband accidentally left his card behind in the hotel room as we had already returned on our flight back home. We immediately got a phone call that housekeeping found it and management offered to express ship it. The absolute best service along with integrity? Please look no further, this hotel is AMAZING!”

“After I had a stroke in 2016, My doctors told me that I would need some kind of assistance at home in order to help me with my daily living activities. I chose Prosper from a resource directory of various senior services that were available. From the beginning Prosper was a very professional and efficient operation. My intake interview was conducted by a nurse who reviewed my medical needs as well as my personal expectations. Each CNA that came to be was clearly well trained and made it possible for me to stay in my home instead of going into a senior facility which I what was very. important me. The CNA was very kind and made me know how important my well being was to them. I would use Prosper again if the need ever arose.”

“My Dad’s doctor recommended Lily Homes to us as one of her patients had been staying there for years and this patient had shown great improvement. So we moved Dad to Lily Homes in March 2019. My 89-yrs Dad has been staying there since March 2019. He has dementia, incontinence, post stroke syndrome, insomnia as he wakes up in the small hours and starts singing and playing radio very loud as he is very deaf and legally blind, he can’t tell if it’s day time or night. Despite all his problems, staff at Lily Homes have shown great patience and care towards my Dad. Owner Rosalind is very delightful , kind and helpful, she is always eager to help . The facility is clean, and staff are very friendly as well. Residents are being taken good care of. It’s a family environment so residents don’t feel like living at hospital or nursing home at all. I strongly recommend Lily Homes.”

I came in to get a standard haircut and end up getting a free upgrade to a MVP Experience(Precision Haircut, Legendary Hot Towel Treatment, Refreshing Massaging Shampoo, Invigorating Neck and Shoulder Massage), most people don’t know if you visit any SportClips you haven’t been to before you get the free upgrade. I had a great and had a nice conversation with my hairstylist Kisha, I definitely recommend her but if she isn’t there don’t worry about it because all the other stylist will do a great job too. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning!”
