The atmosphere is welcoming. The Praise Team is always amazing. Usually the sermons are good. The last two weeks were Camp Meeting therefore the Speakers were not the Pastor. I struggled to find something in the sermons for spiritual growth.

Hey yall, l didn't get the full experience of the church service because we were late, coming from 3 states over to take my elderly mother to see her great grand daughter's graduation. Being in my drivin' clothes, my nephew came out of the church to walk her in and l asked to use the restroom. He said yes come on in. I was reluctant, because l know (church) folk can be judgmental. I approach the church, greeted the men at the door and in the lobby, stated my need, and they kindly and respectfully showed me the way. They were kind on my way back out too. I was grateful, being a way farin' stranger, traveling 6 hours straight. So, the takeaway here is, if all of us can be anything in this life, just be kind to people, no matter how they look. You never know who you are helping. And when you think about it, does it really matter? So, thank you for being kind to me gentlemen at the front door and in the lobby. 😌
