  I messed up and purchased the incorrect tickets, I purchased the correct tickets then sent a quick email asking for a refund on the wrong ones. It was done in less than 10 minutes, with an email confirming the refund to my credit card. Thanks for helping me out.

  Nikki was professional, quick to reply, and answered my question in the first email. Definitely a good company to work with that prides itself on customer service.

  Had to possibly change my ticket date, but ended up not having too. Nikki was very patient with me and was quick to respond to my emails. Her emails were very kind and enthusiastic! I really appreciated the help! Thank you!

  I ended purchasing tickets for the wrong date and contacted Big Tickets to see if I could change it. Nikki, with Big Tickets, responded quickly to my request and was able to help me change the date. Thank you for responding so fast and taking care of my mistake. Much appreciated!!!

  Big tickets was fantastic with their response and immediate action. I wasn't able to use my tickets for the New Years eve party because my brother took in with chest pain and was rushed to the emergency on New years eve. I could not even think because I had to pay attention to my brother I know he was scared but I also stressed about the money spent for my tickets. However, big tickets sent a last minute email with information and directions and it included an email address for questions. I actually just glanced my phone and noticed this so I immediately sent and email but was busy in the hospital then had to rush home to get clothes and food for my brother and didn't notice that I got a reply from the email I sent until New years day, late evening. We corresponded back and forth and she was prompt with her response. In addition I got an email today stating that my full refund was initiated and will be back on my card in 3-5 business days...yippee. God is Great. I appreciate Big Tickets prompt response in this matter, thank you
