A SINGLE PHONE call was all it took to 1) order the part 2) agree to work that had to be done 3) offer a fair price 4) complete service in a very timely manner. Joe did not know me at all - but treated me with respect and professionalism. He ordered the part (a starter) before our truck even got towed to his location - WOW. He was able to get us back up and running in no time. Nothing fancy -just good ole customer service and satisfaction. THANK YOU!!!
