Had some weird lady and her husband staring at my kids sister and I the hole time we eat like she was pointing and he kept turning around. Made us extremely uncomfortable we ended up getting boxes to go instead of finishing our food at the able && even with reservations we had to wait to be seated BUT**** absolutely the best place hostess servers and waiters was AWESOME will definitely be back even if we have to leave early again lol or maybe we will just ask for seat in the back corner of the seating area 🤣 the food was delicious and made awesomely. Over all 4.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐sss lol
Stopped in for a Blooming Onion and wings at the bar. Met one of the fastest bartenders we have every seen. Very friendly and came from Jefferson Ohio where my grandfather in about 1908 was the supervising engineer of a new water tower.
What a great wait crew. We watched them from our vantage point at the bar and they worked together like a finely tuned machine. We even had a visit from Santa Clause and Mrs Clause handing out candy canes.
This was the 1st time I've eaten at outback in years! It was so good. The service was on point. Salad and food came out in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our visit. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. I recommend going to this location.
I had such a horrible experience the last time I came to this location (about a year ago). Unfortunately, it spanned from order with the takeout server to the inedible food, to the manager who agreed with my issues, then handed me 4 coupons for free bloomin’ onions (we don’t Iike them; sacrilegious. I know). This was the compensation for $100+ takeout order that was missing items and included wrong items and other items that were cooked so poorly they weren’t edible. The reason was because they were slow and closing the kitchen early. I get it. But at least replace the meal that was so messed up and ultimately wasted.
I didn’t think I would ever come back. But I came with a group, so not much say in the venue choice.
ANDY, you have redeemed this place. I will be asking for Andy and only Andy. He was attentive, patient, kind, funny, proactive, responsive, and great with my kids. Never had to ask for a refill on drinks, bread or napkins.
Thank you for embodying how someone in the hospitality industry should treat people.
Shout out to the chef, REESE. He put together a special order salmon dish that was cooked perfectly. Also, my daughter’s steak was a perfect med rare. You made our night! *See pics
I know this is a hard time for the workers in this industry. You are short staffed and abused by patrons without empathy for the challenges of your job. I enjoyed my meal and the server who was such a delight. And another kudos to a chef who can cook a steak and a piece of salmon a perfect med rare! I didn’t think there was a restaurant in the area that could accomplish it.
